“Fuel the Fire, Forge the Team”
At Coastal Lacrosse Academy, our team culture is built on grit, growth, and respect. Success isn’t just about winning—it’s about the battles fought, the lessons learned, and the strength gained both on and off the field. In lacrosse, as in life, every challenge is an opportunity to sharpen your edge. We believe in doing hard things because it’s in those moments of struggle that true growth happens. This mindset drives every practice, game, and interaction in our program.
Our players learn that effort and resilience are as important as talent, and that the work you put in today lays the foundation for tomorrow's success. As a program, we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence, both as individuals and as a team. Coastal Lacrosse is more than a team; it’s a family of athletes, coaches, and supporters who share a common goal—to push boundaries, inspire greatness, and uphold the values of sportsmanship and integrity.
When you join Coastal, you’re not just signing up for a team; you’re stepping into a brotherhood united by passion, commitment, and the relentless pursuit of becoming better every single day. Together, we fuel the fire, forge the team, and create champions both on and off the field.
Why Should You Go Coastal?
-
At Coastal Lacrosse Academy, we build more than athletes—we build a brotherhood. Our commitment is to foster a strong, supportive environment where every player feels empowered to push their limits and elevate their game. We hold ourselves to a higher standard, and we expect parents to uphold those values by supporting a positive, respectful atmosphere for all.
-
We teach our players that greatness starts with showing up. The work you put in is the player you’ll become. Hard work, relentless effort, and self-discipline are the pillars of Coastal Lacrosse. Our coaches demand excellence and guide players to give 110% every time they step on the field—but greatness must come from within. Coastal players understand that improvement is a journey, and every rep matters.
-
Team culture isn’t just built by the players—it’s a shared responsibility between athletes, coaches, and parents. Parents at Coastal play a pivotal role as supporters of our culture. We expect our families to reinforce respect, teamwork, and positivity, acting as champions for the program’s values. Constructive feedback and open communication are always welcome, but we ask that it’s delivered with the same integrity we expect on the field.
-
"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." - Phil Jackson. Coastal Lacrosse thrives on unity. Respect, loyalty, and teamwork are the foundation of everything we do. Each player brings their unique strengths to the team, and together we rise higher. Coastal athletes are expected to play hard, stay humble, and support their teammates in all circumstances, knowing that the brotherhood is only as strong as its bonds.
Our Teams & Schedule
When a player commits to a Coastal Lacrosse Academy team, they are committing to a year-round program designed to foster growth, teamwork, and high-level competition. This one-year commitment spans the fall, spring, and summer seasons, with a schedule carefully crafted to strike the perfect balance between player development and family time. Through intentional training sessions, competitive tournaments, and team-building experiences, players have the opportunity to elevate their skills while creating lasting bonds with their teammates. Our program emphasizes not just developing athletes, but shaping individuals who excel both on and off the field. At Coastal, every season is a step forward in the journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
