About Our Program

Coastal Lacrosse Academy (CLA) is an elite club focused on developing young men on and off the field. We give them the best coaching and training our area has to offer. Tom Incontrera is CLA’s director and co-founder. His impressive resume includes high school and college playing experience and many years of coaching. Tom’s commitment to his developing strong players stems from his love of the game as well as his love of coaching.

CLA holds our players accountable, teaching them what it means to be men of integrity. Our goal is to prepare them for the real world and what it is like after high school whether they go to college to play lacrosse or not. CLA teams are made up of the top players from all over the Eastern Shore including but not limited to St. Peter and Paul, Cape Henelopen, Stephen Decatur, Caesar Rodney, Parkside, Smyrna, and James M. Bennet! To top it off, our coaching staff consists of former collegiate players who stayed in the game to help develop and grow local lacrosse athletes.

Player Commitment

Participation in Coastal Lacrosse Academy requires a one-year commitment filled with enthusiasm, focus, and 100% effort. We believe in fostering a culture of dedication, teamwork, and respect for the game. By joining our program, you commit to embracing the growth and development opportunities we offer as both a player and teammate. To ensure the success of our teams, we expect players to attend all practices and games in their entirety. Coastal Lacrosse Academy is dedicated to helping athletes develop their skills, sportsmanship, and love for the game. By committing to our program, you are joining a community of players and families who share a passion for lacrosse and a drive to succeed. We look forward to an incredible year of growth, learning, and teamwork!

Program Fees:

The Coastal Lacrosse Academy tuition covers tournament fees, coaching staff, field usage, winter training/skill sessions, and a yearly shooting shirt. New members of Coastal will have to pay an additional uniform package fee. The package includes the reversible jersey, game shorts, shooter shirt, and Coastal Lacrosse Under Amour backpack. An initial deposit is due Tuition immediately after tryouts in order to secure the player's spot on the team.

Please Note: Joining Coastal Lacrosse Academy is a one-year commitment. Deposits are non-refundable for all players, and individuals registering to play for Coastal Lacrosse Academy must keep their account in good standing throughout the season. Should an individual player request to voluntarily withdraw from their team at any point during the season, the player will forfeit all monies paid, and no credits or refunds will be provided. Coastal Lacrosse will not be responsible for any ancillary or related expenses incurred by any individual, family, club, or organization if the player wishes to withdraw.
