Our coaching staff consists of former collegiate players who stayed in the game to help develop and grow local lacrosse athletes.

Tom Incontrera is CLA’s director and co-founder. His impressive resume includes high school and college playing experience and many years of coaching. Tom’s commitment to his developing strong players stems from his love of the game as well as his love of coaching.

CLA holds our players accountable, teaching them what it means to be men of integrity. Our goal is to prepare them for the real world and what it is like after high school whether they go to college to play lacrosse or not. CLA teams are made up of the top players from all over the Eastern Shore including but not limited to St. Peter and Paul, Cape Henelopen, Stephen Decatur, Caesar Rodney, Parkside, Smyrna, and James M. Bennet! We have currently sent over 25 kids to play Division 1, 2, and 3 with just 3 years in action!
